About QuiltInformation.com

Thanks for visiting the site. It was created as a free resource for quilters. John is a software engineer, musician and quilter. Get in touch by email here.

Gale is an award-winning quilter, the past-president of our local quilt guild. When she's not quilting, she's the office manager of a great local newspaper. Get in touch by email here.

Here's a StackNWhack. This was John's first class.

Here's a baby quilt. This was made for a colleague's new baby.

Here's an abstract quilt. The pattern is Margaret Miller's Easy Pieces.

Our local guild is Peninsula Quilter's Guild, based in San Mateo, CA.

We are the founders of a small fundraising group based in San Mateo, California called CRUSH Community - Caring, Responsibility, Understanding, Sharing & Hope. We have a dinner, auction and raffle each year for a different cause. We make a beautiful friendship quilt with the signatures of everyone who attends. You can see more information and view the quilts here. Our causes so far have been MS (Multiple Sclerosis), Hunger, Cancer, Homelessness, Autism, AIDS, and Make-A-Wish. Our next event will be CRUSH Supports Education in October, 2011.

Each of the links on the site is tested regularly to make sure you don't click links that don't exist. Event searches will always show events that are current.

Thanks, John & Gale Green
